Please note your College Account must be activated on a college workstation before access is given to Moodle.
You can only activate your College Account for the first time on a college workstation.
Your Moodle Login is the same account as your student or staff ID and password for a college workstation.
If you still cannot login to Moodle then there is a problem with your college account.
Option 1: Contact IT Helpdesk to reset your college password - email@example.com
Option 2: Use a college workstation and reset your password through the login screen.
Option 3: Talk to any member of staff in the Learning Resource Centre.
